Do you ship internationally?
yes! but if you are located outside of Canada British columbia, you have to pay for shipping.
How long does shipping take?
approximately 5 days, but it is based off where you are located
Will I be charged for taxes?
Nope! considering this is a personal business, you do not have to pay for taxes.

What is your returns policy?
we only do return if there is a major scratch, or any large breaks, like: legs, tail, neck, whole body
Do you refund?
If there is a major scratch or break, we will refund you but you have to return the model, paying for shipping

What forms of payments do you accept?
i accept paypal and visa, but i would prefer you to pay using paypal.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
a model has a one month warranty, you must ship it back to me and i will fix it up.
